Based on the standard process platform "IRIS from InterSystems" (ESB/EAI), Zinitrionic Switzerland Ltd. was awarded a tender by the DIJ (Department of the Interior and Justice of the Canton of Bern). For a period of at least 5 years, with the option of further development for 4 years, Zinitrionic will implement a central process platform that supports, manages and maintains all internal and external interfaces. By using this process platform, greater stability of procedures, cost reduction through the automation of certain activities or work steps, and improved processing times are guaranteed. The project has great potential, as it could also be used in other directions in the canton of Bern.
